  • Floralsundries.com is a wholesale trade only website, you must enter your business details when you register to be able to purchase from the website.

Prices and Value added tax

  • All prices are shown in GBP and exclude value added tax; VAT will be added at the checkout stage and will be clearly marked in the VAT column.
  • We charge UK VAT at 20% on all orders UK orders
  • Delivery charges are also applicable to 20% VAT.

International delivery service

All of our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. We offer international delivery to the following European countries - Ireland, France, Gremany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain & Austria. Due to Brexit there are now important changes to note how international deliveries work. Any orders to European countries will not be charged VAT at the checkout. When your parcel arrives in the destination country our couriers DPD will get in touch via email/ text msg and you will be asked to pay the relevant taxes and duties. Please make sure you provide us with the correct contact details. Your order will not be delivered until the relevant charges are paid. Duty rates will vary depending on the items you are importing. If possible please provide us with your EORI number so we can add this onto the delivery label.

*Note if you choose to refuse the shipment due to Duties and Taxes you will be liable for any return to sender costs which will be deducted from your refund.

We are not able to send any liquids or sprays in international orders.

Please note that we have made our very best effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos of items, we have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the floralsundries.com web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate, floralsundries.com cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.

All items are subject to availability, as there is a delay between the time in which the order is placed and then accepted the stock levels are liable to change within this time. If this happens and an item is out of stock we shall inform you straight away and you will not be charged.

 

Payment

You are able to change errors in your order up until the point that you proceed with the payment, after this stage nothing can be altered. Once payment has been taken you will receive a confirmation email from floralsundries.com.

It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address and contact information in order for floralsundries.com to keep you updated on your order.

Payment will be taken from debit, credit or charge cards once your order has been dispatched from our premises. You will be sent an email to confirm shipment.

Floralsundries.com accepts no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have not given us the correct payment details or address.

Floralsundries.com takes our privacy policy seriously, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure your transaction and personal information is safe. All details will be held on a secure server;

However we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the internet security risks and will not hold floralsundries.com responsible for any breach of security unless it is due to our inattention.

Next working day service

Floralsundries.com can provide next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm Monday- Friday. Next day delivery to outer zone postcodes will take two working days- please see below for outer zone postcodes.

Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. No deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders received before 1pm on Friday on next working day delivery will be delivered on Monday.

All orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed and sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and sent out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Please note that no deliveries will take place on Bank holidays.

 

Standard 2-5 WORKING day delivery service

If you choose the standard delivery your order will arrive within 4 working days.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Delivery will be up to 4 working days from Monday.

Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. No deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday

 

Delivery terms

Our couriers will deliver from Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm (business premises only) 9am till 7pm (residential premises). Please note that no deliveries will take place on Saturday or Sunday.

Floralsundries.com will always make every effort to deliver on time, however some orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as bank holidays, extreme weather conditions, and road closures or postal/ courier strikes. Floralsundries.com will always do our best to keep you informed on these events

If your order weighs more than 25 kilos or we have to pack it into multiple large boxes there may be an added charge on top of the standard delivery charge. We will always contact you before we dispatch your order to agree on a price.

If at any point you wish to track your order please contact our helpline and we will happily assist you with this.

As soon as the items have been delivered they become your responsibility. Floralsundries.com couriers will deliver to the address you provide and will only leave your order when it has been signed for

Last day for Christmas delivery is 23rd December @ 1pm 

Floralsundries.com will not be shipping any orders between Christmas and New Year. All orders received after 1pm on December 20th will not be shipped until January 3rd.

Cancellations and Returns

We will only be able to cancel your goods if your order has not already been dispatched; once goods have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, Orders cannot be cancelled by email, you must call us on 0191 4173407.

Floralsundries.com is a wholesale business and operates on a business to business basis. Floralsundries.com does not operate on a business to consumer basis. Goods will not be refunded if they have been bought incorrectly.

Goods will be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged. Please note that: The cost of the shipping cannot be refunded and the cost of returning goods is your responsibility.

Any damaged goods must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipts. Goods being returned must be in original packaging and in the original condition.
