Poor quality and ridiculous customer service
Having spent nearly £50 on hanging paper Christmas stars, I was disappointed to see, on receipt, that over 80% of those purchased were not fit for purpose.
They tore, broke on assembly or the glue holding the sections together gave way on opening.
Having contacted customer services, and sending photos of some of the damaged stars, I was told that there ‘is a certain way’ that the product needs to put together, making the assumption I had somehow been unable to open and tie a paper star !
Having never asked for the products to be returned, they then said they could not refund, as I had returned the faulty product.
Don’t buy them !!
